After many, many attempts, I finally figured out a solid workflow for photo scanning objects.  This pumpkin was scanned in Reality Capture, edited in ZBrush and Blender, simulated into a pile in Cinema 4D, and finally rendered in Keyshot.

After I posted the animation to Instagram, the official Keyshot account reposted it to their 80K+ followers.
